1. Coaching Services

By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment is required in full or as agreed upon before services begin
• Session packages are valid for 16 weeks from purchase date
• 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations
• Refunds are not available once coaching has commenced

2. Health Disclaimer

FadzFitness provides fitness coaching and nutrition guidance. We are not medical professionals. You should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness programme, especially if you have existing health conditions. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

3. Online Coaching

Online coaching programmes are provided for the duration specified (typically 12 weeks). Programme materials and workout plans are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

4. Merchandise

All merchandise purchases are final. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn items with original tags. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including workout programmes, branding, and materials provided by FadzFitness, remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
