Getting Started

How do I get started?
Simply fill out the contact form or DM me on Instagram. We'll have a quick chat about your goals and I'll recommend the best plan for you.
Do I need gym experience?
Not at all. I work with complete beginners through to advanced lifters. Every programme is tailored to your current level.
What equipment do I need for online coaching?
Access to a gym is ideal, but I can also create home workout plans if needed. We'll discuss your situation during our initial chat.

1-1 Personal Training

Where do 1-1 sessions take place?
1-1 sessions take place at a gym of your choice.
How long is each session?
Each session is approximately 60 minutes, focused entirely on your training goals.
Can I book single sessions?
I work with packages to ensure consistency and results. The minimum is the Bronze plan (8 sessions).

Online Coaching

What's included in online coaching?
You get exclusive app access, tailored gym plans, nutritional guidance, weekly video check-ins, 24/7 support, and progress tracking.
How do check-ins work?
We have weekly video calls to review your progress, adjust your programme, and keep you accountable.
Can I do online coaching from anywhere?
Yes! Online coaching works worldwide. All you need is a gym and a phone.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfer and card payments. Payment plans are available for longer programmes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of the programmes, refunds are not available once coaching has started.
